About 4Age Inc.

Our Story: From Toronto to Coldwater

For over two decades, we built a thriving food store and catering business in the heart of Toronto. But as our family grew, we felt a pull to move North. We chose Coldwater as our new home, eager to be closer to our loved ones and share our culinary passion with a new community. Starting a family-run, food truck/eatery style restaurant in the Coldwater Mill has been a dream come true.

Our Values

With over 45 years of experience in the culinary world, we are deeply knowledgeable about every aspect of our craft. We take immense pride in the prepared foods and aged meats we serve, creating fresh meals daily from locally sourced seasonal ingredients when available. Our philosophy is simple: pure food, pure comfort, from our kitchen to your table.

Meet the Team

We are a family-run business, and our team is at the core of everything we do.

Peter Bochna:

Peter is passionate about cooking, creating comfort food and growing lasting relationships with customers. He has been in the culinary field for over 45 years, having started at the Constellation Hotel in Toronto and earning a Red Seal Certification. To pursue his love of food more, he travelled overseas to further his knowledge in different cultures and cuisines. His experience led him to open a small gourmet food shop in 2001. Now Peter is “4Ageing” into a new venture with his family to pursue his passion further and serve up pure comfort and pure food, to help you create beautiful memories.

Lindsay Bochna:

Lindsay is a graduate of Boston University and a former D1 hockey player. She has always been interested in food sustainability and is very passionate about it. Throughout her college years, she was the cook for her roommates and fell in love with creating good meals for dear friends. She also grew up in a home where the oven was always on, cooking up some delicious food or baked goods. She is now the woman of all trades at 4Age, and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Chris Harant:

Originally from Barrie, Ontario, Chris has always been passionate about food and flavour. Spending the last few years working and living in several different provinces, he was always searching out the best Canada's culinary world has to offer. From Donairs in Halifax to Ramen in Vancouver, and everything in between, through his travels, his passion for food only intensified. These days, you can find him at 4Age out by the food truck, always burning locally sourced wood to create coals for his beloved Argentinian grill(Barbie).
